As both the designer and manufacturer of all of our products, FourSquare stands behind our craftsmanship. Because of this, FourSquare extends a lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. Should your furniture fail at any time in the period listed for either material defects or workmanship, we will repair or replace it. Should there be a problem with any of our hardwood furniture in the period listed, FourSquare will replace or repair the affected part or parts at our discretion as well as handle all shipping costs involved. Our warranty covers only manufacturing defects. 

FourSquare would also love to help take care of your investment. Should any products need refinishing or repair please contact us. We would be happy to assist you in these areas personally or help you find someone locally that can help. Natural figure and tone variations found in all of our wooden products will not be considered a defect and FourSquare does not guarantee color or grain consistencies in any product. 

This Guarantee does not cover:

- Damage caused by or during shipping.
- Any damage due to a disregard of care instructions either supplied or provided online by FourSquare (ie: finish 
  maintenance, regular cleaning and temperature and humidity regulation).
- General wear and tear.
- Failure to follow assembly instructions or damage caused while unpacking.
- Damage or failure caused by user modification.
- Wood finishes excluded.
- Cam-lock hardware which has a one (1) year warranty.
- Outdoor products which carry a one (1) year warranty.
