SHIPPING & LEAD TIME

Current lead time for all small items is 2-4 business days, all other pieces are 10-14 business days.

 

FourSquare knows that your order is the life-blood of our company and we promise to do everything in our power to show you that. Lead times can vary from 2 - 14 days. Upon ordering, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind these are estimated delivery dates and are subject to change. Our lead time begins on the date we receive payment. 

Most of our larger items require assembly. It simply is not practical to try to send a very large table already assembled through the mail. But trust that we have done our best in designing pieces that are very easy to assemble yet very durable. 

Upon completion of your order we will contact you with your tracking information.  Carriers are not responsible for getting items inside your home unless previous arrangements have been made.

To expedite delivery and production of furniture, many options are available. Please contact FourSquare if there is a certain lead-time that must be maintained. The charges for this type of order vary, but are usually 20% of the order total. For more specific information in this regard, please contact us directly.

Please note that most delivery options require a person to receive the shipment. We reserve the right to bill you for all additional charges incurred should these instructions not be followed.

In addition to free shipping, we're committed to supporting local industries and ensuring speed in our delivery processes. All of our products ship from our shop in Texas, allowing us to fast-track the delivery process, and give our customers peace of mind knowing that they're also supporting domestic businesses. At FourSquare Woodworks, we're passionate about creating a platform that not only brings you quality products but also contributes to the growth and prosperity of our local small-scale manufacturers.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We stand behind everything we sell and we want you to be happy. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. To start a return, please contact us at info@qwickor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. 

  • Our return policy lasts 14 days from purchase date. Return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for a refund.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue a refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Banks and credit card companies normally take a few days to clear a transaction so please be patient if the refund does not show automatically.
